Cacao
Cacao is the rawest form of chocolate, with no added sugar, preservatives or dairy. It has been consumed as a medicinal drink for thousands of years.

Cacao is a sacred and ancient plant medicine, which opens the heart in a gentle but incredibly powerful way. Working with the spirit of Cacao can lead to profound realisations, a deeper connection to self and truly life changing emotional, physical and energetic shifts.
Ayurvedic Inspired Massage
I offer a variety of massage treatments which are inspired by Ayurveda, the traditional system of health in India.
Each treatment aims to increase the flow of Prana (life force) throughout the body, with oil massage and gentle stimulation of the Marma (vital energy) points. This provides deep relaxation, reduces stress and helps to cleanse the body by removing toxins in the blood stream and musculoskeletal system.

Each treatment helps to create balance in the mental and bodily elements, naturally helping the nervous system to relax.
Intuitive Massage
Promotes deep relaxation, releases muscle tension, energises the body and helps to improve circulation, posture and overall health.
Choose from either a 45 minute, 60 minute or 90 minute treatment which will be tailored to your individual needs.
Pregnancy Massage
This treatment is suitable for anybody who is more than 12 weeks into their pregnancy journey.

As every pregnancy is different, your pregnancy massage will be tailored to you personally and honour your individual needs, whether that be to simply take time to relax, to connect with yourself and your baby or to relieve pregnancy related aches and pains.
